1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging, with tags attached.

You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, email us at info@velvetcostore.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Please do not return any products without prior authorization.
3. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will provide a pre-paid return label.

If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer before reaching out to us.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, please return your product and place a new order.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@velvetcostore.com with clear photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no extra cost.
8. Lost Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement free of charge. Refunds will only be issued if the item is not delivered within 60 calendar days from the shipping date.
