  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Method

  • Standard delivery time: 7 to 21 business days (depending on location and logistics).

  • Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to external factors (e.g., customs delays, strikes).

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping rate: $8 USD for all orders below $100 USD.

  • Free shipping on orders of $100 USD or more (automatically applied at checkout).

4. Delivery Location & Responsibility

  • All orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • VelvetCo is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

5. Non-Delivery & Return of Packages

  • If a package is undelivered due to customer absence, address issues, or failure to collect from the post office, it may be returned to our supplier.

  • In such cases, VelvetCo reserves the right to deduct $15 USD from the refund to cover return shipping fees.

6. Lost Packages

  • In the event of a lost package, we will first offer a replacement shipment.

  • If the order is not received within 60 days of dispatch, customers may request a full refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at info@velvetcostore.com.

  • A free replacement will be sent for the first reported case.

  • If the replacement is also defective, we will issue a full refund.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties depending on your country of residence.
